Week 6 Day 3 2010-04-20 50 couldn't do that last set. the 8th set i did with my legs on the yellow chair, and it nearly killed me, and i could feel it starting the last set...so i did 25, then was on the ground, then did another 25. NO GOOD.
Week 6 Day 2 2010-04-16 44 so i did the first 7 sets quite close together...and then waited a long time to do that last doozie! but the first 4 were 45 sec apart, and the next 3 were 60 sec....so that was pretty good....made them harder, even though they were shorter.
Week 6 Day 1 2010-04-14 40 i did the first 4 sets, then went for a run...more cause i didn't have time to wait unti i could do the last set of 40 and THEN go for a run....so i came home and did 40, and it was still HARD...my legs were shaking after the 6 sets of stairs i did! :)
Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-13 45 wow. that last set was a killer. almost didn't make it. :)
Week 5 Day 2 2010-04-09 40 did these in Victoria while picking up the the RAV 4!!!!! WOAH!!!!!
Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-07 35 Today was very reasonable, and i tried to not take to much time in between....
Week 4 Day 3 2010-04-03 40 I FINISHED ALL OF WEEK 4!!!!! YEAH!!!!!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-04-01 36 got caleb to do the last 10 with me....can't say i have any idea how well he did, i was hardly surviving myself - but 140 today!!!!!! WOW.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-03-30 33 that last set almost did me in...had to go down on my knees ones, and then WAY upbefore the last 5.....wow.....i still wonder if i should go back and week and try to do these sets with less time inbetween...oh well....i am doing it....
Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-26 32 so i am in the 3rd column today.... and i'm sure the only reason i was able to do it was that it was so spread out...Danny B and the kids are here....so we've been just hanging out, and then i had to run to the store....blah blah blah.....
Week 4 Day 2 2010-03-24 28 just keep swimming, swimming, swimming.....
Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-22 25 so i will be going back and forth here in week 4 between column 2 and 3....doing day 1 &2 from column 2, then day 1 of 3, day 3 of 2, then day 2 & 3 of 3.it makes sense to me, so we'll see how it goes... i have decided that the only reason i have been able to keep up with this pace is because i take such big breaks inbetween. today i only took 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes. inbetween sets, and it was way harder to do the smaller sets today....but hey....i'm still doing it!!!
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-19 30 ya...looking at these numbers, i thought there was NO WAY i would be able to do it...but i did!!!! now, once again, i am not saing that my form is perfect...but it's certainly not BAD....
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-17 25 ya, so today was the first 1-0-0!!!!! that last set was so hard...had to go down onto my knees before the last 5....does it still count??? i sure hope so! it counts for me!!!!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-15 20 i'm doing week 3 again, using column 3...it's a bit of a slide into week 4 i feel.... :)
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-12 21 the kids helped me with the last set- it was a real family affair.. i did 5, then C did 5 with me, then i did 5 more, then A did the last 6 with me....
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-10 20 hard but do-able. the last set is always a doozie!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-08 17 i've re-gressed back to column 2. but i think it's for the best. more realistic for where i'm am.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-03-05 17 why am i doing this again???
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-02 17 this was SO FREAKING HARD, like strangly hard, but i just figured out it might be because i ran this morning with wieghts on my arms... this is the first time i've done that before i did my push-ups....hopefully thursday will be easier....
Week 2 Day 1 2010-02-28 16 my hands are really sore....the balls of them...i am SO not used to this!
Week 1 Day 3 2010-02-26 15 VERY hard, but i did it....:)
Week 1 Day 2 2010-02-23 15 this was not easy....but i did it!!!!
