Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-08 9 2 short! this is a very ambitious schedule, had already done sets of 9,11,8,8 when I was 2 short on the final set!! Will just have to keep going until I can manage this stage, then move on to the next.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-05 10 Very difficult, but managed it!!
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-02 6 Not as bad as it sounds, after buying some weights and setting up a home gym, I've been tempted to do weights everyday instead of every other day, not good!! My trainer say's I have to have a day of rest after doing weights to let the body recover, so I'm going to take the advice and get back on track!!
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-01 4 Day 1 of the second week was beyond me! After consulting my trainer, I need to go backwards to go forwards, therefore I'm going to repeat week one.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-02-26 9 Would have liked to have managed 10 !
Week 1 Day 2 2010-02-24 7 This is going to be a challenge for me!!
Week 1 Day 1 2010-02-22 5 Knackered!!

15 2010-03-14 an improvement over my first attempt of 8, three weeks ago!! But shall come back to this challenge later on.
