Week 6 Day 3 2010-05-17 50 13+13+17+17+16+16+14+14+50=Week 6 of the 6 week challenge is completed!!!! :-) AWESOME!!!! [today starts week one of a six week challenge at my gym though lol].
Week 6 Day 2 2010-05-14 44 20+20+15+15+14+14+10+10+44=162. So I started in col 2 and quickly transferred to col 1 because taking a long break in the push up challenge between days is a bad idea... not that I intended to, but holy %^$#! and OMG, one day left!!!!!!
Week 6 Day 1 2010-05-11 40 25 + 30 + 20 + 15 + 40 = 130 total... trying to get back in the game.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-28 45 18+18+20+20+17+17+20+45 = 175 Total and week 5 is complete... and I so wasn't up for doing this tonight, but I had to get it out of the way...
Week 5 Day 2 2010-04-25 40 18+18+20+20+14+14+16+40 = 160 Total. OK, now that I gave myself some awful push-up related head-rush/ache I can drag myself to the gym...
Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-22 43 28+35+25+22+an extra long break+43 = 153... I decided that I was too close to *200* to quit, so after catching my breath: +18+6+7+11+10 = 205 TOTAL! My heart was pounding hard, my arms were on FIRE, and my wrists hate me now, but it was soooooo worth it.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-04-15 33 23 + 28 + 23 + 23 + 33 = 130 total... and OMG #127 to 130 really killed my arms... flat on my face after 130 lol. Damn,
Week 4 Day 2 2010-04-11 28 20 + 25 + 20 + 20 + 28 = 113 total. BTW, Week Four is kicking my ass lol.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-08 26 18 + 22 + 16 + 16 + 26 = 98 total. Haha... Day 2 requires 28 on the last set... so until I can do that on this day doesn't make sense to proceed...
Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-05 25 18 + 22 + 16 + 16 + 25 = 97 total. That last set almost killed me lol. I don't see myself making it to 100 in a single set in 3 more weeks... we'll see.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-30 24 18 + 22 + 16 + 16 + 24... I did this workout in Texas and then fell off the wagon... time to step back and start again tonight.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-26 21 16 + 21 + 15 + 15 + 21 = 88 total. Week Three = SUCCESS! I guess that puts me halfway through the challenge...
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-24 19 15 + 19 + 15 + 15 + 19 = 83 total.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-22 20 14 + 18 + 14 + 14 + 20 = 80 total.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-03-19 21 16 + 17 + 14 + 14 + 21 = 82 Total. Week Two = SUCCESS!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-17 19 14 + 16 + 12 + 12 + 19 = 73 total (damn... getting up there)
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-15 17 14 + 14 + 10 + 10 + 17 = 65 Total.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-13 14 11 + 15 + 9 + 9 + 14 = 58 total. I don't know if it was me or the weight of the Washington Red Apples from a lil while ago (lol), but #14 on the last set was a bitch!
Week 1 Day 2 2010-03-10 15 10 + 12 + 8 + 8 + 15 = 53 total.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-08 12 I would like to point out that these are modified push-ups lol. After a lot of consideration this week I decided that since I failed week one last time at level one I would try week one over, but at the highest level (which is 3) doing modified push-ups... so 48 modified push-ups completed for week one, day one.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-01 4 week one: fail
Week 1 Day 2 2010-02-27 4 I'm not going to lie... I hurt lol. It was 4 good push ups and 2 more half-assed push ups in the final set with my arms shaking (so sad)... but with all reps counted 16 decent push ups tonight.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-02-24 4 lol... starting off easy so I don't discourage myself.
