Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-30 25 Alrighty, I just did this first day. Last week I did not do any pushups, so this was a bit difficult. I was pumped when I was able to do the first two sets continuously, one after another without slowing. But after that, I struggled and was really tired. A few weeks ago, I found out that if I increased my rest times by a bit, I do much better. I think I rested too much between each set here. But I needed it, so meh.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-20 21 I pushed back the final one by a day because I was too tired on the day. Once again, I am writing this late.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-17 19 Another late entry. I think that this one was done pretty well...
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-15 17 I'm writing this entry a week late, so yeah. :|
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-12 15 I made a boo-boo today :( I accidentally did W1D3 instead of W2D3. I'm going to keep going because otherwise it'll throw my schedule all out of whack. I'm lucky because there is going to be an exhaustion test, so I can see my new level.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-10 17 It was tiring and I had problems with the end, but I got through it. Note: I am writing this two days after I had actually finished it :S
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-08 15 This started out easy, but the shorter rest time from the last workout and the longer rest period meant that this was harder. I collapsed during the second rep of 14, not good. Right at the end, I was struggling to finish, collapsing after one or two pushups, but I was able to keep on going by reciting Courage Wolf :P Anyway, not easy, I hope that by the next test, I get an easier column! :P
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-05 13 Today was kind of harder near the end. I don't feel too tired after this, so maybe I'm improving. Well, this has been just the first week, so let's see how things go.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-03-03 13 Phew. My arms and upper torso have been killing me yesterday and today. As I started, I thought it was going to be painful, but to my surprise it was actually quite easy. I found that I was able to get through all the pushups easily, sometimes thinking 'Is that it for this set?'. Still need to work on the final set, but that should come with time.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-01 9 Argh, hard as hell. I can easily do around 15-20 pushups, but even with the breaks I couldn't do this. I kept dropping towards the end, but I did enough pushups for the final set. Hopefully my next day will be better. ...My arms feel like jelly.
