Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-08 12 I skipped day 3 last week. still did ok on modified. managed to do 4 decent regular p/u's as well.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-03-04 10 Switched to modified p/u. Once I can do 100 of those I should be able to do 14 regular.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-02 2 Couldn't quite get the 3. I may repeat day 1 on day 2.
