Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-21 25 Weak 25, but did an extra 20 from my knees afterwords to make up for it.

Week 2 Day 3 2010-03-13 21 Was supposed to workout Friday, but ended up on sunday, after the 3rd set got a creak in the base of my neck. got tired quickly on final set.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-10 25 did not go real low till about #17 did the rest going pretty low. Hard day at warehouse, was worried I would not get the min 17.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-08 15 those were tough. poor form on the final 15, just trying to get through them.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-06 20 Went for 21 made it 1/2 up and collapsed.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-03-04 18 Does the last one count if I don't lock my elbows (almost). Did not quite get as low as I like for all 18. Started workout a tad bit tender. Stomach mussels were tender/sore during push ups.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-02 13 4th set (7) started to kick my but final set was tough to keep form (butt sagging low)
