Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-30 24 damn. ouch. and wow.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-27 21 ouch. day late, but done.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-25 20 Had to take a longer break. I filled the time with crunches. Ouch.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-23 17 Being sick does not help. Did my 17 minimum though!
Week 2 Day 3 2010-03-19 18 Oh damn. 5th set. Made it through 18 and the cat was all up in my business the whole time. YEAH!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-17 11 Barely made the eleven. Had to stop halfway through. ugh.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-16 11 I moved down to tier 2. I am sure that I will get much more out of this now. Damn this hurts. Mondays are always the worst.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-03-12 8 8 was the max for me today. Next week I'm starting on week 2, but on level 2 as opposed to 3. This will give me better results. I am sure of it. Oh, and my arms are just vibrating. Weird.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-03-10 12 I need to work on form. I have decided to take an extra week and do this weeks work out again next week with better form. I'm already feeling better, but want to get the most out of this. My arms are killing me, but I'm already feeling better.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-08 7 Oh christ. I couldn't do the 9 minimum for the last set. Arms? What arms?
