Week 5 Day 2 2010-03-08 43 I kept to the target of short 45 second rests but didnt make the target on the last set!! from now on, I must not cheat myself. Like the guru himself, Jack Lalanne, go lower for higher !! To achieve this, he uses chairs now !! Ummn. I haven't been doing the exhaustion tests on the end of the weeks. Thinking they were not a necessary thing as I was in the highest level anyway, but..I SHOULD'VE DONE !!
