Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-21 35 Total 125 push ups. Had 4 minutes to rest before the last bit. I am not able to do the programm three times a week due to other workouts, so probably I have to repeat the fifth or sixth week.. But I am fine!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-04-15 30 105 push ups done. Me muscles seem to be bigger and stronger but less flexible too.. I should start to stretch!
Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-12 30 Changed after the second set (28 and 29 push ups..), I am going to try finishing the week with the first column. Total 117 push ups done today..
Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-08 0 Struggled after 86 push ups in the third column.. Too hard, too late (12 pm..) - I will retry with column 2 next time!
Week 4 Day 3 2010-03-29 34 Total 139 push ups!! Very hard one, four minutes to rest for the final set.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-03-25 31 Total 116 push ups! Pretty hard one..
Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-23 30 Total 108 push ups done!!
