Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-29 32 Well, that was hard. Really, really hard. I had to take an extra 40s to do the exhaustion set... totalling 1min40s instead of the recommended 1min. Nevertheless, I did the minimun required, 32. I think a bad night of sleep may have influence on the results... tonight, will sleep like a rock :D Set 1: 21 Set 2: 25 Set 3: 21 Set 4: 21 Set 5: 32 max
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-26 34 As one should expect, it gets harder each day. But I manage to go through Week 3! I like the results... Set 1: 22 Set 1: 30 Set 1: 20 Set 1: 20 Set 1: 34 max
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-24 35 First day was a walk in the park comparing to this. But I ended up doing more than the first day on the max set! :) To avoid muscle pain and fatigue on the next day you MUST stretch after excercise! Set 1: 20 Set 2: 25 Set 3: 15 Set 4: 15 Set 5: 35 max (hippie-ky-yay)
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-22 29 Finished the first day of the program. This result should be a good one, we'll see what holds for me in the last day of the week! Here are my sets: Set1: 14 Set2: 18 Set3: 14 Set4: 14 Set5: 29
