Week 6 Day 3 2010-06-09 61 With any luck I should be able to do the 100 (provided those that can meet the work-out objectives are able to). P.S. My pecs and triceps feel huge after doing this many pushups (which in total was 275!).
Week 6 Day 2 2010-06-05 58 So I had to start week 6 over again. I think the move put a damper on my workout routine so I wasn't getting the most out of it. So far we seem back on track...
Week 6 Day 3 2010-04-25 35 Dismal. I wonder if it has to do with being up six 6am and I did them at 11pm?
Week 1 Day 1 2010-04-20 43 Only did a dismal 43 on my burn-out set. Have a feeling I might need to repeat this last week at this rate.

Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-10 53 Really seeing a lot of improvement since I started spacing my work-outs every 3-4 days instead of every 2.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-04-06 46 I think waiting 3-4 days between workouts seems to improve my sets. This is the first one I've been able to surpass the minimum! I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact the number of sets increased while the repetitions decreased...
Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-02 34 Not off to a particularly good start this week...
Week 4 Day 3 2010-03-31 40 So I forgot where I was (thought I had done Week 4 Day 3) and did my push-up test and managed 45. Which means even before I completed Week 4, I managed to hit the third row again (40+) and did at least 10 more than I could do when I started!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-03-26 30 I guess those extra 4 pushups per set add up!

Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-22 28 I got to 22. Collapsed for a few seconds and then did 6 more because it said to to a minimum of 28...
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-19 25 The last push-up was a little strenuous to say the least.
