Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-12 32 [Week 4 - Day 1] Well, all over again! Here's what I'm gonna do: I'm gonna make the pushups by taking the difference between week 3 and 4 on the respective day. So I'll end up doing the Week 4 in two parts. The Week 4 Day 1 is originally set to 21/25/21/21/32 - the Week 3 Day 1 is set to 14/18/14/14/20. The formula: Set1Week3Day1 + Set1Week4Day1 / 2 = X So, I did this: Set 1: 18 Set 2: 22 Set 3: 18 Set 4: 18 Set 5: 32 max (should be 26).
Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-29 32 [Week 4 - Day 1] Well, that was hard. Really, really hard. I had to take an extra 40s to do the exhaustion set... totalling 1min40s instead of the recommended 1min. Nevertheless, I did the minimun required, 32. I think a bad night of sleep may have influence on the results... tonight, will sleep like a rock :D Set 1: 21 Set 2: 25 Set 3: 21 Set 4: 21 Set 5: 32 max
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-26 34 [Week 3 - Day 3] As one should expect, it gets harder each day. But I manage to go through Week 3! I like the results... Set 1: 22 Set 1: 30 Set 1: 20 Set 1: 20 Set 1: 34 max (one less then day 2 :/)
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-24 35 [Week 3 - Day 2] First day was a walk in the park comparing to this. But I ended up doing more than the first day on the max set! :) To avoid muscle pain and fatigue on the next day you MUST stretch after excercise! Set 1: 20 Set 2: 25 Set 3: 15 Set 4: 15 Set 5: 35 max (hippie-ky-yay)
