Week 5 Day 2 2010-05-06 35 Really toough 8 sets with little or no break and suffered on the max set. Huge barrier at 35 I had no chance of getting past. Should repeat this workout tomorrow/Saturday

Week 4 Day 3 2010-04-25 50 Large break until max set, cooked up some chinese noodles as a reward. Far too much ginger and not nearly enough garlic. Slightly dry, will be looking for some soy, chow mein or perhaps even some oyster sauce for the next session. Body tanned to perfection with little or no burn as per the last 6 months.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-04-18 38 1) Hungover 2) Big workout Friday No excuses, looking to get back in the 40s after a couple of days rest
Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-16 45 Wow step up indeed... Spencer called me halfway through but I refused to answer. Used a photo of Diego Forlan's ripped torso as inspiration. On max set stopped at the start position for around five seconds at 30,35,40.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-30 32 Bring on week 4
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-28 30 Maxed out a higher than exhaustion total with Spencer by the pool.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-25 18 First workout attempt, form not so good on 16,17, 18 of set 5
