Week 5 Day 3 2010-05-09 50 nice completed week 5 this time no fails, well on my way to 100 consecutive push ups

Week 5 Day 1 2010-05-02 45 So started week 5 over cause I failed the first two test, I give myself a pass although I added extra recovery time on the final set and only got to 30 the took a 10sec break to finish to 45, Feelin the burn
Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-23 46 Felt way better on this day actually finished
Week 5 Day 2 2010-04-21 30 Will have to repeat this week after failing again to reach the final set min of 45, only got 30, after 8 sets of 20ish
Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-18 24 this one was killer 36 to start 60sec 40 60sec 30 60sec 24sec 60secthen max out suppose to do 40 but could only get 24
Week 4 Day 3 2010-04-12 47 Took a cpl extra days off in between due too being really busy and having a strained muscle in the shoulder, Lot of push ups in this one totaled 168

Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-04 40 today was a hard one my thumbs are sore from doin this, havin only 60sec betwen sets makes a big differnce
Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-02 50 Thew down 50 at the end of the work out thats pretty awesome half way after already doing 90
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-28 40 Killed day 2 throwing 40 at the end of the workout, 100 is on the way
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-26 35 Day 1 of the hundred push up program. right on lets get it done concentrate on the breathing bit hard on the wrist due to previous injuries but should get use to it

59 2010-05-02 So I have been slacking in keepng up, I went surfing an did an exhuastion test in the Captains Quarters I got the oher fellers to try too, after I did the first set of 59 I tried again 15 minutes later an got 50
55 2010-04-14 was hopin for 60 but collapsed at 55
