Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-22 32 Max has dropped down but overall total has gone up. Sets of 22, 30, 20, 20, 32 total of 124
Week 3 Day 2 2010-04-20 31 Week 3 Day 2 did sets of 20, 25, 15, 15 and 31. My max went down. I just did not feel like I had that much energy today. Total of 106.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-04-14 35 Felt Good was wanting 40 in the max but just did not work out today.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-04-10 32 Still going with the 100 pushup challange. Today was 14, 16, 12, 12, 32 Max. Total of 86 for the day.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-04-07 29 Moved on to week two of the challenge. The first three sets where fairly easy but the last two really put me to the test.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-04-05 26 Completed week 1 day 3 workout of challenge.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-03-29 20 day two of 100 Pushup Challange. Completed 20. Sets where 10, 12, 8, 8 and max test of 20.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-03-27 15 First day of 100 pushup challange. Man.....I got a long way to go!
