Week 2 Day 3 2010-04-10 20 WHOOO!! took my time but got thru it! my Max out had to be at least 15 and i did 20! repeating week 2 next week! XO
Week 2 Day 2 2010-04-08 15 way proud of myself but need to repeat week two due to the abdominal strain! ;)
Week 2 Day 1 2010-04-05 15 Still using my knees for some leverage. After this week, I'll try to use the plank position and re-do week 2.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-04-04 10 Well, I pulled something and I'm finding it very difficult to do the plank push-ups. So i do at least 1/2 of todays sets plank position then the full set with my knees on the ground :( better than nothing tho!
