Week 6 Day 1 2011-05-18 42 40-50-25-25-max(min50) is a brutal work out. only managed 42 consecutive during the last one but thats ok
Week 5 Day 3 2011-05-09 44 20, 20, 24, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22, max(min50) nope.. last set stopped at 44. Did an extra 10 with 5s rest here and there.
Week 5 Day 2 2011-05-06 45 19,19,22,22,18,18,22, max(min45) did it but had to rest xtra befor final set, did 45 died, rested 5s then 1 more, 5s, 1 making it 5 extra, just ot squeeeeze out that last drop ;)

Week 4 Day 2 2011-04-11 41 25-29-25-25-max(min36) At it again! ..after last weeks' painful start. All sets ok with an extra 6 on the max set.
Week 4 Day 1 2011-04-04 32 Here we go again! 21-25-21-21-max(min32) not rest in between just other stuff like sit ups an so on..
Week 6 Day 2 2010-10-21 51 22-22-30-30-24-24-18-18-max(min58) managed all sets with extended rest in between, 51 consecutive + 19 with rest here and there, satisfied!
Week 6 Day 1 2010-10-19 49 45-55-35-30-max(min55) too much rest in between sets again but ok with 49 + 12 at the end and no pain in my elbow
Week 6 Day 3 2010-10-15 42 26-26-33-33-26-26-22-22-max(min60) To much rest in between sets but still managed all sets. 42 consecutive and then up to 60 with problems..
Week 6 Day 2 2010-10-12 48 22-22-30-30-24-24-18-18-max(min58) did them all but wtih too much rest in between sets and only 48 consecutive in the end + an extra 16 with 5s rest here and there
Week 6 Day 1 2010-10-07 40 45-55-35-30-max(min55) is a killer of a work out! 45-ok, 50/55 +5 with 5s rest, 30/35 +5 with 5s r.. 28/30 +2..rested 5-6min then 40/55 +15 with.. TOUGH!
Week 6 Day 3 2010-09-24 53 22-22-30-30-25-25-18-18-max(min55) needed more rest in between sets today, got through them all and managed 53 consecutive + an extra 10 with 5s rest here and there. Ok, after a tough week!
Week 6 Day 2 2010-09-14 53 20-20-23-23-20-20-18-18-max(min53) did them ALL! ok, waited 6min befor last max.-set but 53 consecutive +15 more with 5s rest here and there, makes 68 and Im quite satisfied!
Week 6 Day 1 2010-09-11 30 40-50-25-25-max(min50) Managed all sets for the first time. However not even close to max(min50) died at 30 but added 12 more to that with some 5s rest here and there.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-09-06 45 20-20-24-24-20-20-22 max(min50) after a tough day with lots of movment at work and a late volleyball practice, 45/50 (+6 with 5s rest here and there) is not that bad!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-09-04 45 again managed the last max set of 45 +6 extra with 5s rest here and there. Did however rest a looong time befor doing the maximum set, 5min.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-09-02 40 36-40-30-24-max(min40) couldnt do the set of 30, fell apart at 25 then did 2+3 with 5s rest in between. However, with 6min rest did pull max40 +5 with 5s rest
Week 5 Day 3 2010-08-31 45 18-18-20-20-17-17-20-max(min45) all sets ok! last set, 45 consecutive, was tought but pulled it off + an extra 7 with 5s rest here and there.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-08-23 44 yiihaaa! pulled it off and then some! 18-18-20-20-14-14-16-max(min40) last one 44 consecutive +6 with 5s rest here and there.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-08-17 36 28, 35, 25, 22, max(min35) Took a step back to week 5 and pulled it off and then some! managed 36 concecutive + 5 more with some 5s rest here and there.
Week 6 Day 2 2010-06-29 35 all 8 sets really good, final set max(min53) did 35 consecutive +11 with 5s rest here and there
Week 6 Day 1 2010-06-27 30 midsummer.. 40-ok, 50-no 40+5+5, 25-ok, 25-ok, max(min50) nooo way, more like 30+5+3
Week 6 Day 3 2010-06-20 38 managed all 8 sets with some extended rest. 38 consecutive +7 extra not bad concidering 2,5h of beachvolley
Week 6 Day 2 2010-06-13 43 Managed all 8 sets(!) and with a good 5min rest set a new maximum set record of 43 consecutive +13 with 5s rest here and there, going on sheer inspiration!
Week 6 Day 1 2010-06-09 35 Managed all sets(!) but then early death at the last one 35 +8 making a total of 43 and not even close to 50..
Week 6 Day 3 2010-06-02 37 soooo many sets again (!?), rested +1min between sets and 3min befor the last maximum, like the result! managed to do an extra 7 with 5s rest here and there.
Week 6 Day 2 2010-05-27 32 +10 something with 5s rest here and there, working to much at the moment
Week 6 Day 1 2010-05-24 35 40-ok,50 no way..(30,5s rest,10, 5s,5,5s,5=50) 25,25-ok! max(min50)-did 35(+12 with 5s rest here and there) oh yes, did 2h parcour befor this workout..
Week 5 Day 3 2010-05-19 36 22,22,30,30,25,25,18,18 max(min55) just about managed the rists 8sets with the correct 45s rest, 3min rest befor doing 36 cons and the some how pulled off another 17(!) with 5s rest here and there, reaching a total of 53
Week 5 Day 2 2010-05-17 35 It gets worse befor it gets better.. 9sets.. 9!? Did 20,20,23,23,20,20,18,18 with 45s rests and 2min befor trying max(min53) wasnt close, did 35 cons. +7 with 5s rests..
Week 5 Day 1 2010-05-15 35 40, 50, 25, 25, max(min50) omg.. did manage 40, then 45+5, 25, 25 and with 2min managed to do 35 consecutive + 8 more with 5s rest here and there, "min50"..my gluteus maximus..
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-10 0 20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22 max(min50) all sets ok with 50-45s rest, didnt have time to do the last set, but was far from able any way, guessing 25+10 mabye!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-07 45 Nice job! All 7 sets complet with 45s-1min rest in between, ~4min rest befor final maximum set(min45) and pulled it off! 45 consecutive + an extra 5
Week 4 Day 1 2010-05-04 35 one week of rest has not done any good, started over on week 5 and sure, pulled of every set ok,36-40-30-24, but had to rest a good +2min in between and only managed 30 consecutive +5 on the last maximum(min40)set
Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-25 32 setback :( good things - managed all sets with 45s rest! but - missed out completly on the final max (min50) only did 31 consecutive and couldnt bare more than an extra 6 with some seconds rest befor dying.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-04-22 47 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, max (min45) soooo many sets now! sometimes way to much time in between sets due to surroundings. However very pleased to manage last set with 40 consecutive +7 more!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-04-20 40 Hit a wall today!set1 36 - ok, set2 40 - with problems, set3 30 - not consecutive, set4 24 - not consecutive, set5 max (min40) - (40 are you nuts!?) 20 consecutive, 5s rest, 10 more, 5s rest, 5 more =40
Week 2 Day 3 2010-04-16 41 set1 29 - ok, set2 33 - ok, set3 29 - ok but.. set4 29 - ok but tough, set5 max (min40) did 32 consecutive and then 10 more struggeling.. maxtest on sunday, then week 5 begins!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-04-14 37 set1 25 - no problemo, set2 29 - problemos.. set3 25 - ok, set4 25 - ok, set5 max (min36) did 31 consecutive +6, this was tough!
Week 2 Day 1 2010-04-12 37 set1 21 - easy, (did 25 by mistake) set2 25 - no problem, set3 21 - no problem, set4 21 - ok but feeling it, set5 max (min32) pulled of 32 consecutive (!) + 5 extra to really kill my self.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-04-09 31 Swallowed my pride and took a step back to w3. 1st set 22 - ok, 2nd 30 - ok(!), 3rd 20 - ok, 4th 20 - ok, 5th max (min28) - did 31 (!)
