Week 5 Day 1 2010-07-30 43 40, 36, 30, 24, & 43. Back on the wagon again after falling off for over a month. Lost a little power on the last set, but still cooking -- 173. I'll take my jello arms on over here now. ;)
Week 5 Day 1 2010-06-21 51 36, 40, 30, 24 & 51. 181 pushups this am... out of breath, but still going strong!
Week 4 Day 3 2010-06-10 50 29, 33, 29, 29 & 50 -- 170 total!! Woohoo!! Now that's what I call improvement!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-06-08 42 25, 29, 25, 25 & 42. Glad to see redoing Week 4 to catch back up after taking a break for several weeks hasn't stopped any improvement. They're moving along easier and faster!
Week 4 Day 1 2010-06-06 40 21, 25, 25, 21, 40. Redoing Week 4 since I ended up taking a wee little break there. A little improvement against the 1st time around as well!
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-17 44 29, 33, 29, 29, 44... whew. Tough week.

Week 4 Day 1 2010-05-12 33 21, 25, 21, 21, 33. 121. Still plugging away. It'll be interesting to see what the exhaustion test at the end of the week says.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-05-08 35 Still perking along... 22, 30, 20, 20, & 35. 127 total!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-05-06 32 20, 25, 15, 15, & 32. 107 in one day! (done in sets, of course) Big jump from last day, I really wasn't sure I could pull it off, but glad I did. Hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow either!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-05-04 27 14, 18, 14, 14, 27 - 87 total. Less than the last week's day 3, though probably due to not waiting an day between this workout and the exhaustion test I took yesterday. Still plugging away with the knee pushups, but getting better!
Week 2 Day 3 2010-04-24 30 Forgot to log this one -- 16, 17, 14, 14, and 30. 91 total!! A very good day! I ended up taking about a week break before doing the exhaustion test between this week and the next -- probably needed.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-04-22 22 14, 16, 12, 12 & 22. Still doing knee pushups still since I tried yesterday to do a real pushup and couldn't get there yet. Just keeping on - can't believe I'm doing a total of 76 overall already!

Week 1 Day 1 2010-04-13 15 Re-doing Week One again. Getting there... seems easier, yet arms are tired so not getting as many in.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-04-12 22 Yowch... I hit 11, 15, 9, 9 & 22, but now my arms are jelly! I can barely hit the keys. :) Just a little off on the days right now due to my father-in-law being in town over the weekend. Also, thinking of re-doing Week 1 just for a bit more ease.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-04-08 13 Not as good... did these at the very end of the day and the old arms are still sore from Day 1.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-04-05 20 Good start -- 10, 12, 7, 7, & 20, even after doing the initial test. Definitely more than I could do last year when I tried this out and didn't get past the first week! Still doing knee pushups as can't get anywhere with the standards. Hoping to get to 100 with the knees and then I'll be ready to tackle standards.
