Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-27 50 Started to run out of juice on the next to last set. Need some fruit juice b/c muscles are running out of sugar.

Week 5 Day 2 2010-04-06 45 Set 7 sneaks up on you. Set 8 will take a little while to work through...I made it! it probably took longer to those last 45 than it did for the rest of the sets. about to go for 5 minutes more of barefoot running! aaaaaaahhh!
