Week 6 Day 2 2010-05-31 44 Made it through 40 before I had to stop. Waited a few seconds before finishing the final 4. Took about a week off from the workout plan but was still doing between 20 and 40 push ups everyday.
Week 6 Day 1 2010-05-20 40 Took longer breaks for last set. Started feeling weak at 30 but pushed through.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-05-12 47 Took a few days off from push ups, been in the gym, worked chest and triceps yesterday. Waited a bit longer between each set and waited a good 8 to 10 mins before my final set. Had to stop at 40 and regain my strength before finishing 7 to put my total at 47.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-05-09 40 Good strength and speed through 30 then started to slow down. Had to stop at 38 and gain my strength before finishing on 41.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-05-06 35 Good till about 28 or so, weak after that but got to 35 pushing hard.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-02 41 Have not done push up since Thursday. Felt kinda weak as the set went along, maybe because I drank last night. But can still see improvements in strength and stamina.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-04-29 37 Reached my goal amount for the day but had to stop after 33 and wait for a second. Felt kinda weak going into the last set. Beginning to really see a difference in my arm and chest definition and can feel the difference in strength.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-27 34 Took yesterday off to give my whole body a rest and it definitely needed it. Got up first thing this morning to do the push ups, felt a little weak as the sets went along and waited longer between sets. Was able to get two more than what was recommended but really had to push. I am really starting to see a change in strength in my arms and chest.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-24 29 Worked out this morning before doing the pushups. Worked on arms and back a little so my arms felt kinda weak going into the sets. Waited a bit longer between sets as the totals were higher but was able to complete the day. The max felt good til about 24 or so, then arms kinda gave out but was able to push through till 29.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-04-22 28 Definitely felt the burn today. The first two sets were good but I could tell that set of 20 then 25 pushed it a bit. Took a bit longer break between 3rd and 4th set as well as my final set. Was able to get 28 although by about 24 I was starting to feel a bit weak.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-04-20 25 Started on the third column rather than the second. Woke up this morning and did 35 straight, went to class and then came back to do the day one sets. Felt kinda weak for the last 2 sets but finished strong. Havent eaten anything today so that might be a reason why.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-04-14 21 Arms felt a little weak through the regular sets. Waited about 2 and a half minutes before my max set. Felt pretty good till about 18 or 19. Pushed through final 3.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-04-11 20 Took saturday off, waited till sunday night to resume. Lots of energy and pushups already seem to be going well, more strength already. Maxed out at 20...good feel up until about 15, then really had to push for the last 5.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-04-09 15 First day trying this. Started at week 2 Day 1 column 2. Previous 3 days have done one set each day of 25 push ups. Struggled a bit at the end of the max, but pushed through it.

45 2010-05-17 Completed the 45 in order to move on to week 6 but started to feel weak after about 40. Took 4 days off from the program but was still doing pushups just about everyday as well as going to the gym. Did chest yesterday so that might be a reason why I started to feel tired towards the end.
44 2010-05-04 Felt pretty good through 30 or so but could tell I was getting a bit weak. Did about 30 or so yesterday as well as not eating anything before I did the 44 this morning.
36 2010-04-16 Took yesterday off. Great feel and strenght through 25 or so, started dragging a little through the last 10 but felt good.
