Week 6 Day 3 2010-05-27 49 Thats 6 weeks. I am not overly confident that'll I'll be hitting 100 in a couple of days but I'm happy with the progress and improvement none the less. Maybe in one more week I can get there. :)

Week 5 Day 3 2010-05-16 39 Didn't hit the max set target of 50, but I'm happy! Bring on week six!!

Week 5 Day 1 2010-05-10 35 Fell short in sets 2 & 5 but I'm not feeling too bad. :)
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-07 39 I was really surprised! I didn't expect to finish this well. I had to rest longer in-between sets 3&4 and 4&5 than the program wanted but I am pleased.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-05 32 waited about 5 minuted before my final set. Was surprised to get more than 25. I think I hurt but I'm to tired to tell.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-05-03 28 Didn't hit the goal for the final max set. I have a feeling that is going to be a theme this week.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-30 28 Skin of my teeth, but i made it!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-04-29 25 Made it, somehow! Whew, glad that's over. Not looking forward to Fridays workout.
