Week 5 Day 1 2010-09-04 40 40 push ups and 60 sit ups. Been doing week 5 a few times. Also continuing with Jillian Michaels workouts.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-15 40 40 push ups and 60 sit ups.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-08-14 36 36 push ups and 54 sit ups
Week 4 Day 1 2010-08-11 32 32 push ups and 48 sit ups after taking a week off for a broken toe. Also did some JM work out.Triceps and pull ups.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-07-18 32 Did the push up challenge sets and the Jillian workout after.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-07-07 25 100 total. Did these along with a Jillian Michaels workout set.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-07-04 21 81 total. Took a long break from this logger site. Been on Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Gonna start back on the 100 push ups and 200 sit ups as well.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-06 153 40 on last set. Overshot my reps on 2nd set, did 38.
