Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-12 43 29-33-29-29-43 with 2 min rest between sets. last set immediately followed by 30 pushups on knee. (8 day break because I caught a cold, then messed up neck while sleeping).
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-04 42 25-29-25-25-42 with 90 sec rest, last set followed immediately by 25 pushups on knee. afterwards, modified crossfit WOD from 100419: 3 sets of 30 quadruple walking lunges, 60 squats, 40 lying back extensions with no rest between exercises or sets.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-04-30 39 21-25-21-21-39 with 1 min breaks, last set immediately followed by 20 pushups on knee.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-24 39 22-30-20-20-39 with 2 min rest between sets. after last set, without rest, 26 pushups on knee. done in Buenos Aires.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-04-22 38 20-25-15-15-38 with 90 seconds rest between sets. done in Bs As. did 17 more pushups on knee after last set, then 90 situps.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-04-19 34 14-18-14-14-34 with 1 minute rest between each set. Done in Bs As.
