Week 5 Day 2 2010-06-07 0 This was the hardest day ever haha I got to my second to last set and did 16 push ups... I can see ima be here for a lil while :(
Week 5 Day 1 2010-06-03 41 OOOK Soo week 5 started im in column 3 now. I never thought I would make it here. After my second set I felt tired so I took a 90sec rest and I barely squeaked through. So on the 4th set I took 120sec and on the final I took 3mins rest. OOo well I made it through :)
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-27 30 Ugh I missed the mark by 3 Im soo salty...I took like a 5sec break and push out the last 3 but man this day Is hard to get thru :(oh well ill try again Sat and hopefully take my next exhaustion test mon
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-26 27 In this workout I needed to hit 33 as my max and i fell short but I took a 15second break and finished off the other 6...Ill hit day 3 again later this week and start week 5 mon.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-24 30 I really wanted to hit my personal goal for this particular workout. After my 4th set I knew hitting 30 would be rough,so I decided to take an extra 30sec to rest and that did the trick ;)
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-21 26 I was two shy of my min max today...Its a lil disappointing, either im slacking or this program is getting progressively harder lol
Week 4 Day 1 2010-05-18 25 Well back on track 25 max today ehh should higher but we keeking it moving week 4 baby
Week 3 Day 2 2010-05-14 30 I slacked off for a lil so I wanted to get back in the swing of things. SO I redid my last workout to make sure I was still on top of things ended with a max of 30 :)
Week 3 Day 2 2010-05-07 26 I was hoping to push myself to 30 in the last set but I didn't make it lol...Oh well I just need to work a lil harder I guess.I seem to be right on track and plan to stay where I am as far as columns and weeks.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-05-04 20 Today I made it to my original goal which was to be in column 2 of week 3. I feel pretty good about it. Ill prolly stay on day 1 for a couple days then get some rest and later this week start day two of week 3 column 2 :)
Week 2 Day 3 2010-05-02 23 I wanted to hit 25 but I guess 23 aint bad!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-05-01 25 Ok, I started off on week 3 column 1 but I wanted to get into column two So I went back to week two and started over from there...This workout was week 2 column two Im pretty impressed with my 25 max at the end :)
Week 3 Day 3 2010-04-22 16 Im proud of myself the workout I was doing previous to this point I was barley hitting the min max on the last set this time I did 3 over ha to me thats progress! Also i think due to a mis count I really did 17 on my max but im not 100 percent sure so 16 it is ;)

Week 3 Day 1 2010-04-21 10 I thought I was ready for column 2 but I was wrong lol Started off there for the first two set and finished off the rest in column 1...Ill stay there for now.
