Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-23 60 Using the Perfect Pushup pucks on the wood floor. Getting psyched up for the next exhaustion test, maybe Thursday?
Week 4 Day 2 2010-08-19 48 It's been 3 days since the last workout, so this is me trying to push it without being 100% recovered.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-08-15 55 Back home using the Perfect Pushup rotating pucks. They are tall & unstable on carpeting so fists ended up being safer for the final set with tired wrists.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-07-31 55 Took a 1 month hiatus. Repeated Wk3Day3 to restart. Had a couple swigs of NaOH water between sets.

Week 3 Day 3 2010-06-28 52 Pushing up on dumbbells this time instead of the twisting pushup pucks. For some reason it's easier to push up on something that doesn't twist.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-06-19 45 A sip of Baking Soda water just before the fifth set. Wow, pH modulation makes a noticeable difference.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-06-10 25 Took a week break since last time so this was a stretch. Little bit of tingling in my right forearm at mid-flex during the last set.

Week 1 Day 1 2010-04-22 18 Finally my body had recovered from the initial test. So tonight was the start of Week 1 Day 1. Reps 6-12-7-7 then 18. Now I've got wobbly arms and burning triceps. What an odd feeling!
