Week 2 Day 1 2010-06-20 15 The final set was so poor, I want to do day 1 again. I had two hard hours in the gym yesterday! I did 30 on Wed 23 i Haarlem. Redid day 1 again Friday 25 June: tough but got to 16 on last set (+1)

Week 1 Day 2 2010-06-13 12 Just the bare minimum, but I had 2 hours in the gym earlier today with lots of arm work - I thought i'd be too sore for the next two days! I was supposed to take 90 second breaks - not 60 seconds Well done - motorinhg now!
