Week 3 Day 2 2010-08-16 8 Did 8+12 at the end. It was pathetic, shallow and weak. Definitely going to repeat this one on Wednesday.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-08-13 18 Did them all, though they were rushed and shallow... Still, I'm moving on to Day 2. At least I didn't do any longer pauses this time. We'll see how it goes.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-08-11 10 Did 11+2 on the fourth, 10+2+5 on the last. I'm gonna rest a day and then repeat this day. Once I manage to do it without pauses I'll move on.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-07 10 Had to finish the last set bit by bit despite taking a longer pause before starting it. I wonder how the exhaustion test will go.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-08-05 10 Did 10+4+4 at the end. Seems like I'll be repeating this week after all. Hopefully for the last time. I don't mind taking all year to get to 100. I was always weaker than average. I'm still proud of myself because a few months ago I couldn't even dream of doing so many push-ups in one workout.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-08-03 14 Couldn't do those last two. I mean I did them but only after a pause. Nevertheless I intend to finish this week. We'll see how the exhaustion test goes at the end of it.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-07-30 15 Could've done more there at the end I think. Went surprisingly well overall. I looked at myself in the mirror while pumping, saw the muscles flexing, felt strong and did good. Let's see how the next week goes.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-07-28 14 Went smooth.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-07-26 10 Finally made it. Coming back after an inactive period is hard. That's not going to stop me though.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-06-13 14 Was alright. Gonna take a longer break this time because Wednesday I'm gonna be in Warsaw at the Sonisphere Festival! Next workout will be on Friday.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-06-11 14 Spread my arms a bit too far at times but the most important sets (first, second, last) I did correctly. And I did two more at the last one!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-06-09 10 Last exhaustion test pushed me down to Column 1 but despite that I am proud of myself today. Finally did a full workout with no shallow push-ups at all. I'll get to 100 eventually I am sure.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-06-05 15 Went OK. Don't feel like I'm getting any stronger though.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-06-03 13 Was OK. Need to take a closer look at the reference material pertaining arm placement during push-ups though.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-06-01 11 Phew. Solid, yet smooth workout. Last set shallower than the others and did them in somewhat of a hurry but that was to be expected after PE (also had to do some dancing today at school, long story). Overall I'm back on track.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-05-29 15 Went smooth.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-05-27 19 This isn't working out. Managed to do the first two sets deep (well the last few of the second one weren't so hot but still...) bu then I just did the three most pathetic sets I've ever done, definitely. Nevertheless, I'm not getting any less motivated. I'm going to take another step back, finish this week with Week 2 Day 3 Column 2, then repeat Week 2 with deep push-ups (every. single. damn. one.), then do an exhaustion test to see if I can repeat or best my last one with deep push-ups (they make all the difference). If yes, then I'll move on to Week 3 and I'll be right back on track. I've been going way too fast through this and overestimating my strength but I'll get there.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-05-25 17 Well I'm certainly disillusioned. Concentrated on doing deep push-ups today, managed to do the first two sets and then gave in. Arms started hurting like all hell, it's a whole different thing from the push-ups I've been doing earlier. Took a 3 minute break, managed to do the last three sets, pathetically shallow of course. I need to think about my next move. I want to be able to do as much deep push-ups as I could weaker ones, then go on with the workout plan. That's my goal. Man did those deep push-ups look sexy though!
Week 3 Day 3 2010-05-23 22 Didn't extend my rests more than 30 seconds, performed all sets in full (except some confusion in the first two of the third and fourth set, lost my count ^^). Push-ups were shallow though, going to do them in front of a mirror now. A solid workout nevertheless. Should I move on to Week 4 then? I don't know. Thinking about redoing this week and concentrating on deeper push-ups. Knowing me I'll move on anyway.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-05-20 20 This one felt gooooood. I got the arm pains again after doing the first two sets and thought about giving up/repeating the week/moving down a column etc. But then I just gave myself a little longer break (2:30 mins) and breezed through the last sets. I guess the "rest longer if required" part of the instructions is there for a reason. Can't wait for the next workout!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-05-18 0 Failed this one pretty badly. After the first three sets I got major arm pains and gave up. I eventually did them all, gave myself a half-hour break before doing the last two sets but what kind of workout is that? Might've been because I haven't got any proper rest between last week's workout, the exhaustion test and this workout.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-05-15 15 Well, I'm surprised by my performance. The last 5 in the final set were half as deep as they should have been but still, I thought I'd give in on the third set... Then again, my push-ups overall are barely deep enough to count as good-form ones. I'm considering retaking the week again... We'll see after the test. Dunno when I'm gonna take it though, I have PE on Monday (don't wanna be tired when I need to give it my all) and tomorrow might be too soon. We'll see. In the big scheme of things my strength is improving. It's a great experience.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-05-13 13 Pretty satisfying workout. Did 10+3 at the end but that's not yet reason enough to repeat the week. Besides, the exhaustion test will show if I'm ready for the next level. Push-ups barely deep enough to satisfy me though, I need to work on that, and hard.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-05-11 11 Made it. Pathetically shallow near the end.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-05-08 10 I can't believe the feeling of lightness I get when doing the first push-ups - it's becoming easy! That said, I still couldn't make the last set. Did 7+2+1 again. Hey, I can do 10 push-ups but not after doing 32 push-ups beforehand. That said, I am moving on to Week 2. I feel I'm ready. Won't get anywhere if I'm stuck at the first week forever!
Week 1 Day 2 2010-05-06 10 What a rush! For the first time ever the workout went smoothly and I'm very proud of myself. Moving down a level and repeating the week was a good decision. I feel stronger already, it's like I'm lighter when doing the push-ups. Can't wait for the next one.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-05-04 7 So, started again with Week 1 Column 2. This feels more like my level though I can see the effects of last week's training. It wasn't so bad this time around though I did do some shallow ones during the third and fourth sets. Still, I finally could manage the last set and even do two more! Dunno if this can be called progress but I sure am satisfied.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-05-01 10 Column 2 feels more appropriate for my level of fitness for sure. Nevertheless I couldn't do the last set, as usual (7+1+2). Did good-form push-ups though so I'm pretty satisfied with myself. I think I'll redo Week 1 on Column 2. If I'm able to do it all next week without stopping during a set, I'll move on to Week 2. I feel I can do this.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-04-29 12 I was wrong. My initial test must have been cheating 'cause I can't keep up with the third column at all. Can't do good form push-ups. Next time I'll try to do Column 2 but make every damn one count. Have to get the technique right before I proceed.

16 2010-07-19 Re-evaluated myself after a break I had to take for medical reasons. Back to Week 3 Column 1 it seems.
18 2010-06-07 Solid, good form push-ups, every single one.
21 2010-05-16 No idea what happened. Is this good? Is this bad? I felt very weak - maybe did them too soon after the last workout and too late at night. Nevertheless, Week 3 Column 2 it is. My arms hurt like all hell.
